I've been looking in the forum archives for hints on how to cue one track in my headphones while the other is playing through the speakers. I've tried everything suggested but it all seems to relate to VirtualDJ, not Atomix. My setup right now is just my laptop and a soundcard, but later this week at my gig there will be a mixer too.
I've tried looking under sound configuration, but nothing I've tried has produced the results I want--just both tracks going over my headphones *and* speakers or none.
Do I have to get a second soundcard and/or different headphones to get what I want? Or will I have to face the fact that I may have to spin blind? :\ Help!

i dont know about using a mixer but..
a second usb type soundcard will allow you to cue over the 'phones. try s.b. usb audigy 2 nx or similar, thats wot i got and it works a treat. good luck
