Has anyone gotten past this problem. I have been sending these messages to technical support all day and have not gotten anywhere. I am sure there are others who are quite frustrated in having to wait for solutions that DO NOT WORK. Does anyone have a solution that WORKS for the DJ Mixstation 2?

Did you contact them on the website, or did you use the email address? If you used the email address, it will not work. You have to go through the website:

I did everything thru the Technical support website. I am on this forum out of frustration after having wasted too much time trying to install something that should be straightforward.

Only the e-service can help you with protection errors; there is nothing the users can do about it (and they are very efficient at fixing these problems usually).
