I Recommended that a friend purchase VDJ and he has tried with no luck. His registration and or password has not been sent to him. His name is Alan Berry. I think they have sent into tech support.

He has been trying to contact support and has had no response at all..

We will help him at support as soon as we can :)
All I had time for, was to check if his purchase was registered, and I resent his serial number to his email adress.
He needs to register at forum with his email adress to download software.
I have to run to go to dj work right at my club now, but if no one else from Support have had time (its busy weekend) to answer him before I get back, it will be my first priority...

Oh well... I did not have heart to go before I helped him out... :)
I have sent every thing to his e-mail adress, and also answered his question at Support.
When he reads that, he will understand what to do ;)

lright here is the deal...
His service provider had too high security and would not let it come through. I found this out when I tried to email him and it was sent back. If possible could you try to re send it.
His provider was to have turned down the security on his address.
