Well I have followed the advice of all here about backing up the database. Well I had an error today and copied the saved database back into the program and none of the BPM's or comments are there. Am I doing something wrong? I save the MP3 and the Virtualdj databases. Thanks Brian

you have to do a quick re-scan after you put the backup in, also delete the mp3database.txt file before doing this.

Even after doing as you said the comments were not in there. I also had to re-do all my cues. Is there something I am doing wrong??? Brian
 
Ok nevermind that post, I got it all figures out, thanks for your help. Cheers Brian.
 
Can you tell us what you did to fix it? I got a large database ( over 10,000 mp3s) and Id love to knwo how you wnet about backing up your database and restoring it
