Currently we have the choice of pitch range of either 8%, 12% or 34% (I think)
There has been a thread in the hardware discussion forum:
http://www.virtualdj.com/forums/62709/Hardware_Technical_Support/Accuracy_of_pitch_slider___BCD2000.html
to do with the acuracy of the BCD pitch slider, but it turns out that its more to do with the BCD pitch only having 128 steps, and therefore the pitch increments/decrements within the software are based on the 128 steps; which results in the BCD pitch being not that acurate.
As you will see from the above thread, the simple maths shows that a pitch range of 6% would make the BCD pitch more acurate.
Can we have 6% as a choice; or better still, rather than selecting a pitch range from a preset list, can we simply set our own ???
Cheers
