Tópico: How can I stop steering wheel from moving crossfader?

Este tópico es antiguo y puede contener información incorrecta para la nueva versión.

Here is a weird one indeed.

I use DJ MixStation 3 casually, I have the inpoints and outpoints all programmed in, and I use it more as a music player that just happens to beatsync from one song to the next.

So, I'm using the software on automix while playing TOCA Race Driver 2, though which game I'm using it for, I don't think it matters.

Whenever I downshift, the crossfader can move.

Turns out, when I hold the downshift button, the steering wheel acts as a crossfader slider, so if my wheel is centered and I tap it, the crossfader goes to center. If I"m turning hard left, and I tap the button, the crossfader jumps to the left. If I hold down the button, than the crossfader is controlled by the steering wheel in real time, max left on the steering wheel means max left on the crossfader, center=center and so on.

Remote control and remote controll 2 checkboxes in settings are both unchecked (disabled) Anyone have any ideas for how I can use my steering wheel while playing the game without giving up the use of the paddle shift button?

haha...this is funny...try to see if midi is enabled in config...if it is, make sure you see that midi is disabled

Midi, under the "remote control" tab, is greyed out (probably a home edition thing) so I couldn't enable it if I wanted to. Are you talking of something else, perhaps?

Thanks for the suggestion.
