Guys for those who are not familiar with harmonic key mixing. Here is a quick run down what you need.

Now that v5 has the ability to add keys to your tracks this maybe helpful to new and old Dj's ;-)

Just found this helpful little program : http://www.mixedinkey.com/ It will analyze mp3's and wav's for key and bpm and put the information in the id3 tag. The key is based on the Camelot scale from the link above. It seems a little pricey ($58) but it could help to make some sweet sounding ear candy.

check out the never expiring demo of mixmister if you have vdj 5 pro

it will load all your music and tag them with the key for you

its aslo much more acurate than mixed in key

Been there done that was good in 4.3 but some how in v5 my majority of my bpm's have changed and when i re analyze them they dont go back to the right bpm.. on the other hand the Keys are all ok ??? go figure

Anyway to over come this did a clean reinstall of 4.3 copied the old xml's back then intsalled v5 and all seemed ok now...

From what i gather tho if u do a fresh install of V5 DONT anaylze your mp3's with anything else apart from VDJ v5
