I am using V5.0 of VDJ and have just bought a new laptop so have installed vdj on the laptop and begun to transfer my music files to it. However I want to copy the database file from my old desktop (was also running v5) so the files on the laptop have the genre's etc that I inputted manually as I have a lot of wavs that I ripped from my old vinyl. I transferred the old xml file from the desktop to the laptop tonight and deleted the new database file that had been created and all the tunes are now analysed as they were but no listing in the genre column.
Also I wondered if its possible to manuualy update the genre field for multiple files at once?
Any ideas folks.
