Hey guy... this is my second post on this issue… sorry… but I can get mi laptop running as good as my desktop, I am using a laptop del precision M6300 duo core 2 with 2 gigs of ram and Nvidia Quadro FX 1600m video card.
Everything works great but when I use the video hardware accelerator the video start to freeze like for 5 to 10 seconds, and sometimes a green line appears, I have already installed the latest drivers but it is still the same… what can I do to fix this?

Sorry, maybe I'm confused. If everything works fine, why do you use the hardware accelerator? Perhaps I just don't understand what you mean. Are you referring to the "hardware acceleration" checkbox in VDJ?
 
Yes doc, he meant the hardware acceleration in the video setting, i think so..

Hmm , if a green line usually appeared like that, usually there something wrong with ur card, or it is not good enuff.. Btw what os are u using?
 
Also, aren't there some "horror stories" floating around about nVIDIA cards? How much RAM does it have?

I have also had mad problems with the Nvidia cards. I ended up returning the computer as I couldn't get it sorted.
 
Ok Guys, i did the RIVATUNER thing and it runs better, but still freezes some times like for 5 seconds... any other sugestions bessides sending it back?
