In one of extern drives (database) it says about 40000 total entries 39600 in Search DB, 400 present but hidden from search.
How can i get the 400 back to the search?

I beleive the music on your data base is needing to be reanalyzed. Yes, at one time it may have been done but do to some kind of corruption. It got lost. Everytime I start my system I can go through my folders and find some that either lost their analyzed content or BPM or is not in the search DB any longer. I conclude it to when I sometimes load the software up. It sometimes gives me the video driver error or incorrect resolution. The thing is that I know what causes each error so I try not to do it for next load.
If I disconnect my video input, the software doesn't switch to default without letting me know the video X driver... second, I go from one computer to another with a different resolution. I may get an popup.

Ok its one thing to analyse tracks its another to add them to the search database.
By setting it to " Add Automatically" its will do just that, the songs will already be analysed.
You can also press ctrl+a and -> right click -> search DB -> Add to sear DB
