Why not just use another computer monitor? What you use will not make it any easier to hook into the bar TVs. If you need output uoptions, try this: http://sewelldirect.com/pc-to-tv.asp

Thats a great option and it's small but I would lik to try not to add any more hardware to clutter my road case.
 
also that unit is usb powered i would rather have one with a power supply

True rockinrossco, but it's a way to go if I can't fine a flat tv for cheep. The moitore dosnt need to be of great quality eather. It's just for the singer to read the work.
 
I use a flat screen 10" tv / monitor that I got for 70.00... it has Svideo, RCA, F-Cable and all I need is a adapter for HD connect. Check out your local electronic center and deal on a floor model. Find a young person, they generally don't care what price they give.

I've bean looking unfortunately around these parts they only have 15" +.
My only other option is to order online.
My Video Card is a Sapphire Radeon X1600 PRO PCI Express 512MB DDR2 Video Card w/TV-Out, DVI & VGA
