How can I add DLL effects to VDJ 5? I can't seem to load them on.

put them in the vdjinstall folder/plugins/soundeffect folder and restart vdj. but not all effects will work. you will have to play around by trial and error
 
VDJ effects can only be downloaded and installed by pro users , VST can be installed by placing them in the VDJ folder --> plugins -- > sound FX in documents in V5

or for prior versions C:/programfiles/virtuadj/plugins/sound fx
 
I have full version of virtual dj and I need little favour from your side can u sent me registration licensed key and how much it will be cost tell in rupees

v7.0 is an old and out of date version of the software. There have been many changes and improvements to the software since then (See http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/VirtualDJ_History.html ) - We are now on v7.4
