DJ Pitufo
Using an external HD, but although I can see and access files from the xHD just fine while in VDJ, I can't see the drive when I go to the Config tab, under database; I only see C & D drive.
The xHD shows up in VDJ as the "G" drive. I did "Add to database" then "Set as favorite" then "Scan for Tags" then "Recurse." Then I went to "Config"/"Browser" but I can't see the external HD to Clean / Check / Fix
I shut down the program, then restarted but that didn't work. Also shut down computer completely, and that didn't work either. Again, I can access all the music just fine in VDJ, just can't Clean/Check/Fix the xHD.
Any ideas?

I KNOW I didn't pay $300 for a program with no Tech Support!!!

did you drive letter change? had this happen a few times .pluggin up in a different usb port or pluggin other things up b4 external hd.
for xample: my flash drive was showing as drive e ;but normaly my external is drive e so either restart cpu with only hd pluged or in computer manage u can manually change drive letters around

as boogie says you must always use the same usb port each and everytime as you originally did...
