Hi all,
So I saw the posts that said the NI Audio 4 DJ was great and missed the ones that said it doesn't work on Mac and so now I'm looking at a $200 doorstop. Can anyone please help me? I can immediately and repeatably crash both v6 and v5 by enabling timecode with this interface. (Posted crash log in v6 mac crash log topic, can easily provide more.)
Even without timecode, VDJ doesn't like the interface. Every time I launch VDJ, I have to go into the settings switch to the built-in soundcard and then back to A4DJ as the output, otherwise I hit play and the play button lights in VDJ but nothing happens (it just sits there, stalled). Maybe some sort of clock issue?
Specs:
MacBook Pro 15" 2.5GHz Intel / 4GB RAM
A4DJ v. 1.10.030 / Driver 2.3.7 / Firmware 3
VDJ 6.0.1 and 5.2.1
Any help greatly appreciated!
