Hello!
I recently bought a hercules MK2. I have a mac running VDJ and I usually also use the MK2 on a PC (just for fun) and every time I do the drivers need to be reinstalled. This weekend I did what I normally do for this, and this time it didn't work all the way. The lights turn on and nothing happens. It doesn't get recognized by the computer and I am not sure what to do. I tried reflashing it while holding down the talkover button (as many forums have suggested doing) and nothing happened. Everything I can find says to call Hercules to get it replaced or fixed, and I'd love to do that, but I cannot find a working phone number.
I am wondering if anyone knows how to fix this problem or has a working phone number for technical support

What vdj version do you use on your PC? The Limited Edition?

I tried and failed. It is still unresponsive.
I also tried calling the US number, and it does not work.
Does anyone know what may be happening, and why the tech support number is wrong?

At which point during the procedure did it fails ? Did you get any error messages?
You can always try the Canadian number instead.
