looks great!!!..like the pics!!!..wish they would come to chicago!!!!

IMO VDJ should of had 2 rigs:

One running timecode Vinyl with the Technics, with a midi controller like a VCI or RMX.
Second set-up Pioneer CDJ-1000's also with a midi controller.

This is just my view, but as VDJ is a software company trying to sell software it's better to show-off how well it works with industry standard gear, so people know that when they buy the software they're good to go with what's at home or in the club. Showing off the software with the latest players and controllers should be a secondary objective.

Hearing that "they were trying to get it to work with X but it didn't work" doesn't fill me with confidence.

Just got back and had a great time meeting up with all the guys from Virtual Dj. I had lots of fun helping out in the Virtual DJ booth and meeting lots of DJ's whom were interested in the software. Larry D, A Man and His Music, Philly Dj, Cyder, Caliente all are great down to earth guys. I am proud to be part of this family of Dj's and look forward to coming back again next year. Keep up the good work and keep rocking out those parties with Virtual Dj.

it was good meeting you Angel! Now I can say I met some fellow VDJers outside my home area. :-)

are you on drugs? I took that with my camera phone from the show floor. I think i would know whats in my own booth. I changed the setups everyday to keep everything fresh. I've been doing the VDJ booth for 5 years and I am running this show. That vci300 and my mac were in the booth on the last day and you can ask anyone that was at the show on the last day and they will tell you the same. I didn't see you at the show so your opinion of the photo to be fake has no basis in real fact at all. So here is the breakdown of the setups in the booth per day. Did we show vinyl nope did we show kick ass controllers yep.

Of course! And I got the reaction I was looking for! :)

Nice pics Cyder.

i had a great time in ac i got some video of qbert but i gotta figure out how to transfer it from my phone, the seminars gave me some great ideas and info but the highlight in my book was catching skribble on the 1s and 2s,it was great till they pulled the plug on him,my apologies for not introducing myself at the vdj booth, also because i didnt get to thank folks for the pass,it was much appreciated

I was out there as well, who all went to "The Pool" party at Harrahs on Wednesday night? Got on the VIP list there. That place was off the hook. Jason did great job with booth, nice being right across from the Dennon booth. Wasnt nice with Larry D's set crashing. Next year Jason if you want a setup that wont crash let me know I will bring mine. I do have to agree with others, this year wasnt too impressed with the seminars and also the booths. There were no good acts at the DJ Times Square, (except when qbert played), last year they had alot of top DJ's up there.
Do have to say looks like dennon is gaining ground, alot of the booths had 3700's vs the CDJ's.
The place was great for networking with other DJ's, met a few people that are part of Crooklyn Clan and some other producers. and Jason did have mac setup there as well. Great work Jason on the setup, The VDJ booth did have big audience all 3 days.
Also for those that saw Bret (2nd Nature) at the Promo Only party, he did one hell of a job, gotta ask him about all his (new) tron footage, I believe hes doing trailer for it.

Nice work wish I could have made it to the EXPO though. Midi controllers are the future once they get refined enough and they're damn close so I agree with you showing them off.

Hey Caliente! It was a pleasure meeting you! Take it easy brother we'll be in touch!

Kyle (MC from the American DJ Lighting booth)

thnx for sharing DJ CALIENTE...looks like great time there!!!

What Up Kyle.... If you look in the first page, you will see a picture of you in action. The Picture is from the moment when you were speaking about the lasers. I passed by the store in queens to pick up the Tri LE.D. lights.. They look cool.. Ill find out tonight at my gig later on..

@ Chriss07lex.. thanks.. i tried my best to capture the moments. I should have taken more pictures of the equipment.

Wish I could have attended. All looks tight! Nice pics Caliente.

Thank you.. here are so more pictures..

In the second pitctue above showing the pioneer booth on the right is where the VDJ setup was for the mep controller, too bad you can't see it in the photo. I can't tell you how long I've waited to have that happen.
