HI i got my console 2 day.......
when i move the crossfader across i cant the other tune???
only when i press the headphone it goes str8
into the other song??

Your soundcard setup must be wrong
Set Hercules soundcardsetting to dj mode (rightclick the alien head in system tray)
Then choose the hercules image in VDJ soundcard settings.

@norway i think he has it in dj mode but he hears just preview in the headphones
download the new hercules firmware and drivers.
in the alien head hercules application there is an option what you want to hear in your headphones
when in dj mode.
You can hear in headphones what is supposed for the dancefloor or you can choose preview.
or the other option is to use other skin with slider where you can choose how much of the "master" you want to mix in the headphones together with prelisten
and please don't post the same question in every forum :-) you don't need to
