Well, the HS5500 works much better than they did before, but I've still got issues. Whatever the selected deck is on the controller, the temp/pitch of the song flutter up and down. You can even hit the sync button and they'll match tempos, but still slip, though the slip seems to be consistent with whatever deck I have active on my controller. It seems like no matter what I do I cant get the beats to stay matched up, the active deck constantly falls behind the other one, even if i keep nudging the tempo/pitch slider to slow the deck down. It seems the only way i can keep the beats synced is by spam clicking the 'sync' button.

Hopefully its not my controller, i could try and just plug in my 2nd one. Last friday I ran with one for about the first 1.5 hours of the night, then I started getting some issues with VDJ not responding to my controller so I had to cue up an mp3 on my 2nd HS5500 and restart virtual DJ, I ran the rest of the night without the controller.
 
does anyone know where I can download VDJ 6 I was told you can get it free is this true
 
That seems to be a funny joke. You can get the trial version for free **lol**

Hi,

Can I use this 6.0.8 if I am a RMX/LE user? The original post in this thread says its available to LE users, but when I click on my download centre, I only see version 5.2.2 available to me.

Am I doing something wrong?

Hey.. Does the Mic work? Also, anyone know why the icon for the DMCs next to my list of goodies is really an icon for a Total control?
 
Does the Mic on the NS7 work with the 6.0.8?
 
I have upgraded to latest version but the effects no longer work ( Backspin Etc) Any ideas ??

No audio input changes have happened yet.

you might want to start a support ticket or ask in a new thread..

 
I thin the thing with microphone input of NS7 or other controllers takes it's time. Most of these controllers use an ASIO input channel. I think it's not only turning on a switch an mic is working.

This thing takes it's time to imlement, test and then when ready to be released. Good things takes there time....

Thats great that it takes time... but on that same note, I love my NS7, and I wouldnt trade it out for anything, but really, why should I have to run 2 mixers just so I can have a Mic with my NS7? I gotta feed my NS7 in to a small 2 channel mixer that has a mic input. that is kinda alot to do at gis, extra table space. If it works in Itch, that it could work in VDJ
 
The mic on the NS7 is not currently supported - It should be supported in a future version update of VirtualDJ.

how can i re-enter in vdj script the beat skip -1,that is on the cd version,into the updated version? in the updated version it's not there anymore!! i tryd to enter the cd version script into the updated script but it doesn't work!!
