Until I buy controller, I wanted to use keyboard shortcuts for specific buttons such as for eq high lets say I want to use UP key on keyboard for eq mid left and right keys to increase and decrease. Is it possible?

Yes, it is possible, but mixing with the keyboard is clumsy, because for knobs like EQ and gain it just isn't the same....
I would mess around with the mapper in the Config option of VDJ, there you will find everything you need...
