Hi folks,
The club where I'm working finally got the CDJ-900, after I updated the firmwire (3.10) I try to "LINK" with virtual DJ, the jog display is still a bit slow, but the software reactivity is great...
the only problem is the sound of both CDJ end up on the same line on the DJM-800, I really don't know why, of course I set "external mixer" as out put on config... but still end up on 1 line instead of 2...
Can anyone help?
Thanks a lot
Config:
CDJ-900x2
DJM-800
Virtual DJ mac 6.0.8
Mac OS X 10.6.4

Hello,
I am facing the same problem. Both VDJ Channels end up on the same mixer channel.
I cannot believe no one bothered to answer since 31 July.
Please you experts someone write us a few lines how to setup VDJ properly to activate both channels simultaneously.
Thanks
Setup:
CDJ-900 x 2
CDJ-800 x 1
VDJ version 7.0.1
Windows 7 64-bit

with the cdj 400 you have to set a midi channel for each player so the software can tell them apart for example midi cha 1 for the first and midi ch 2 for the other and so on. probably the same with these players.
see the pioneer manual on page 21 how to set a midi channel for each device

Hi guys had the same problem myself.
Pioneer have a fix for it, its located here http://www.pioneer.eu/uk/support/software/CDJ-900/index.html#download_254
Instructions are there also, it takes 2mins and solves the problem 100%
Take the time to upgrade the cdj firmware also on this page, its worth it !
