Good day community,been a member for several months now but my first post,great product have had no issues until the weekend when my songs began to freeze,make a squwelling sound then computer shut down befor rebooting,hoping it was because the servers where being changed as this has not happened befor,ran a full check on computer and all is well.Any ideas would be great.

Well, firstly, welcome to the forums...:o)
Next up...i'd suggest is giving us some more info:
1/ Ultimately...what are your computer specs?
2/ What were you playing at the time - songs/vids?
3/ What file types were you using?
4/ Exactly what is happening when the song is freezing? Does it freeze when you load another track, does it freeze when searching for another track etc etc etc?
5/ What setup are you using? External controllers etc?
6/ What version of the software are you using?
Some more in depth information can help narrow down/eliminate issues.
