If your MIDI controller doesn't have its own built-in sound card, then you will need to add a multi-channel DJ sound card with at least two stereo outputs such as Numark DJIO, Native Instruments Audio DJ 2, etc.
Or if you are on a budget, you can use a basic stereo USB sound card for headphone output and use your laptop's built-in output for the master output.
