FYI I am a complete noob. i just bought the Numark Mixtrack with Virtual DJ. I just got it today but did not get the audio interface yet and i don't know if that makes a difference in why it won't work on my desktop.
I was able to install VDJ on my laptop no problem and was able to sync the controller no problem and it worked fine. However whenever i go to install it on my desktop my desktop does not read the Controller. I go to open VDJ and it says that the controller is not connected to a USB port when it is. I have tried multiple USB ports to no avail.
I have tried to find any drivers that would help fix the problem but was unable to after searching quite a bit and was unable to get in contact with any customer service because i am on the west coast and they were all closed when i got the package.
Any help would be appreciated. cheers

register your serial so you can update your copy of VDJ to the latest version, and the mixtrack will be natively supported

so i downloaded the most recent version of VDJ LE and now i am able to open the program on my desktop but the controller is still not being read by the program.
When i go into the setup section at the top right of the program the input section i greyd out and i am unable to select anything. Is there where i have to select the controller? My computer recognizes the controller fine and says all the drivrers are installed and up to date so i don;'t know where to go. Of course tech support is closed by the time i get out of work...
