I am trying to create keyboard shortcuts to do specific things within a playlist.
Here is an example playlist with just generic terms used:
sound bite
movie clip
song
song
sound bite
song
movie clip
song
Let's say the above 8 items are loaded into a playlist, I would like to be able to push a button on my keyboard and load and start the first item in the list. Example press z on my keyboard it loads sound bite 1 and starts playing it.
Then I would like another button on my keyboard to stop the previous one and load the next item in the playlist as well as start playing it. Example press x on my keyboard it stops sound bite 1 and loads movie clip 1 and starts playing it. Then press x again and it stops movie clip 1 and loads song 1 and starts playing it. Is this possible? Any help would be appreciated.
System is MacBookPro Denon DN-X500 Mixer Denon DN-HC4500 controller
