Hello. I bought a Hercules DJ RMX today and i've installed all the drivers and everything with it and it won't connect the controller.
I have Windows 7, 64 Bit.
I've been researching over 4 hours on this and i still can't find anything...i've read so many forums and tried out so many things, but nothing.
Im growing desperate and i need help! please! ):

the only thing i can think of now is how vdj is set up: hit configure on the top of vdj and make sure the rmx is listed in the check box for the soundcard

Please ensure that you have the latest DJ Console drivers and firmware installed.
A link to download this can be found on the following page:
http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Common_Device_Drivers.html
When installing, make sure that you follow the on-screen wizard instructions exactly. If any Windows 'found new hardware' prompts come up, please ignore them.
Please also ensure that you have the most recent version of VirtualDJ Console Edition installed. Register your serial number on the page http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then download the installation file from:
