Tema: Virtual DJ pitch reset lowers dound quality.

Este tópico es antiguo y puede contener información incorrecta para la nueva versión.

Hi.

I have made some tests when using Virtual DJ pitch reset and notice when I record a transition and engage pitch reset that the quality of the part recorded is a noticeable difference to say if I just recorded the track with out any pitch reset and if I load the track in a audio sequencer you can see the if the track is say normalized to -3db that the track will effectively be at 0db now but if I do not engage pitch reset and record a track a track normalized at -3db will still be recorded at that level so I am just wondering if any one knows what I am talking about here?

ops that is meant to say sound on the heading.

i only notice this on tracks that arnt produced at 0db you can notice a difference when the track is produced lower than 0db i have noticed on a couple of tracks i have and the pitch reset it seems fine on tracks that are already 0db but for some reason tracks normalized lower than 0db you can tell the difference and the recording shows the track going from say -3db and after it is recorded with pitch reset the track is 0db so must be something going on .

anyway.
