Hello
I use Virtual DJ Pro and a Hercules Dj Control Steel.
Using Virtual DJ last night, I had a problem with the crossfader and faders on both the program and the DJ Control Steel.
If playing a song on deck A, if I use the fader on the Control Steel for side A and lower it, the track only fades by about 25% even if I lower it to the bottom. The middle volume fader doesn't work either and neither does the cross fader. It feels as if it's been mapped to work differently but I haven't touched it to change it!
Has anyone got any idea how to fix this?
ps apologies for my lack of technical language! I hope it's possible to understand what I mean!
Thanks

Please register your VirtualDJ Pro serial number on the page http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html and download the latest version from http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html
Also, download and install the latest Hercules drivers and firmware: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Common%20Device%20Drivers.html
It's possible that this could also be a hardware problem - I.e: The fader is faulty.
