Hey everyone I'm sure you've all seen this topic before but I've looked everywhere in and outside of the forums!
I have a AM4252 it came with VDJ. The mixer was working on my laptop last week. now virtual DJ does not respond to the mixer what so ever!
The audio shows up in control panel/sound.
I'm using windows 7 64bit.
Can anyone please help me with this problem I've tried everything!

If it came with VirtualDJ included, please register your serial number on the page http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then download the most recent version from the Download Center: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

The controller that you have registered is HID rather than MIDI, so there shouldn't be any conflicts.
Try replacing the USB cable with a different one. Also, if your computer has USB 3 ports, try using a USB 2 port (Some hardware is not compatible with USB 3.)
Make sure that you also plug it directly into your computer. If you are using an external USB hub, this needs to be powered.
Also, try doing a clean re-installation of VirtualDJ: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/How%20do%20I%20perform%20a%20clean%20re-installation%20of%20the%20software.html
If you are still unable to get it to work, please contact support via the live chat facility. Support staff will be able to connect to your computer (With your permission) to look at the problem directly: http://www.virtualdj.com/contact/index.html
