I have a Numark Mix track pro and I use Virtual Dj..
I wanted to get a Flanger effect and my friend said I have to download a "mapping" that has flanger???
Can anyone help me of where I find this?

There should already be a basic flanger effect included with it by default.
Additional effects can be downloaded from http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/effects.html once you register your serial number to your profile: http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html
However, VirtualDJ LE is limited software and does not support using custom effects except during the 20 day day trial of the full VirtualDJ Pro. Please see: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/How%20do%20I%20change%20the%20skin%20or%20use%20plugins%20in%20VirtualDJ%20LE%20or%20Console%20Edition.html
