Tema: VDJ + ASIO4ALL No Longer Working

Este tópico es antiguo y puede contener información incorrecta para la nueva versión.

So I recently had to wipe and start with a fresh hard drive. After getting everything back up and running, I get an error saying, "Not enough channels" every time I startup VDJ. I'm using an on-board soundcard and a Numark Mixtrack. Windows 7 64 bit. My google-fu and forum searches have brought up literally -nothing- that's helpful, other than "lol buy a soundcard." Any and all help is vastly appreciated; deadlines suck.

Well first of all, dump ASIO4ALL.

Use the standard drivers that Windows provides.

If you want ASIO performance (low latency) then you have to buy an ASIO sound card.

Using ASIO4ALL drivers won't turn your ordinary sound card into an ASIO one.

Second, if VDJ is saying "not enough channels" it's because the setup you're trying to use (that you chose) needs more channels than what you have available.

With an ordinary built in sound card, usually all you'll have is one stereo output. If you're trying to use two stereo outputs (for example) then you'll get that message.........because there aren't enough channels.
