That's information about a plugin, not an actual plugin though - I can't see special balance in the download area.
In any case the answer is the same - it is up to the plugin author which platforms he targets.

Hello, this effect works in the version of windows, but does not work on the Mac version, I need this effect to use in karaoke so that I can remove the vocals.
How can I achieve this effect for the mac version? Or an effect that works on mac and that fits what I need.

Do you mean you want to remove the vocals from a standard song to create a karaoke version?

Again though, that is a blog post, not a link to the actual FX.
In any case the *only* way to get a Mac version of a PC plugin is to ask the author. AFAIK Deun-Deun is not currently producing anything for Mac users.
