You will only have one licence so can't do both.
Depending on the RAM you have and supported hardware will determine whether it's better to go with 32 or 64bit. I personally would go 32bit as you still utilize 3gb RAM and it's more compatible with the majority of hardware.

i have 8 gig of RAM on my beast, its the last of the early 2012 b4 the new machines.

Well 64bit would take advantage of the RAM, however you will need to check any sound cards or controllers are compatible and have 64bit drivers for them.
