hi guy's, this may seem like a stupid question but what is the best way to back up your music library's?
i have a 500gb wd and a 1TB wd external hard drive.
my main music collection has been backed up to the larger one, but over the last few months i have been adding lots of new stuff.
how do i add this to the back up without having to delete and copy everything over again.
for example i have a folder titled music - then all artists and their albums are within that, if i just click copy and then paste that into the backup.
and i tell it not to replace exsisting files, it won't add any newer titles.

You would need to use a file synchronisation utility. This will allow you to sync the changes from one drive to another (Copying any new/changed files and optionally deleting any that no-longer exist.)
