I hear you Groovin, but as there are only two versions (exlc. free) now it should be easier.

If people don't read what their paying for then surely that is down to them??

So whats the difference between Basic and infinity?

Nevermind i Read it, so video and midi and timecode.

Groovin you make more sense than they will accept, Pro Basic is a Oxymoron.

Software should be 199 and a free version and LE for distribution with controllers

Fits the market shift in prices....

So now you want to tell the owner how much he should charge for his product? As if you have one iota of an idea, of what he has put into HIS company? You have truly gone way over your pay grade with this silliness. Do you allow your clients to set their prices for your services, based on the other DJs in the area? The market shift? Our two main competitors, have always cost more, and offered less. And they are still charging you. I have got to stop smoking crack and meth at the same time, because this is the most presumptuous statement I have read, in a long time.

From the top of the page..... "This a general discussion forum, please be polite and speak with respect. Before posting, please read the forum rules and FAQ. If you are "

I get sometimes it is frustrating on these forums..... I am amazed though sometimes at how rude and disrespectful the moderators are to the people who post here sometimes. Honestly the product is the best there is and I commend you guys for the work you have done in that area and how passionate you are in that... How you relate to your customers sometimes... not so much...

+1

Perhaps you should read it again. I am a customer, as you say, just like anyone else on this forum. I speak the way I want to speak. If you think telling someone how to run their business is respectful, or has any merit what so ever, than we have different meanings of respect. You are entitled to yours, and I will keep mine. Did I try to stop him from speaking his mind? Did I delete or moderate his post in any way? He made a statement that I felt was totally out of line, and out of his realm of understanding. If he is allowed to speak his mind, surely I am afforded the same right. What part of my post was against forum rules? This forum is in the real world, not in some Utopian bubble. My response has nothing to do with frustration as you call it (I don't know how you diagnosed me over the internet, are you a real doctor or did you stay at a Holiday Inn?) My response was based on my personality, come with respect and you will get respect. Forum rules actually prohibited me from saying what I really thought about that statement. I can not stop anyone from saying what they want, I can only control how I respond. So, you do not have to like what I say, or the way I say it. To each his own. I would have said the same thing if I wasn't a moderator.

Mods shouldn't really be smoking crack and meth, sets a bad example imo.

:P

Forgive me.........I am neither a doctor nor have I stayed at a holiday inn in a very long time, my post was not a diagnosis of you merely a hope that what you posted came from frustration and not any of the other reasons that come to mind. I guess me and you have differing opinions as to what being polite and speaking with respect means. I also guess that me and you have different views as to what behaviors someone who is a representative of a company should engage in while representing that company. I am not the preson who makes those decisions so ultimately we can have our differing opinions. My post is merely an observation from someone as to how they see others being treated... I do know that if I spoke with my clients the way I have seen people spoken to by representatives on these forums, I would not have clients for very long, no matter how good I am at what I do and for what cost.

VirtualDj PRO Infinity is another name for VirtualDj PRO Full.
