Wonder if any of you can help me....
I have a numark total control controller and I have not used it for a while but I decided to start using it to practice some mixing. As soon as I plug the device in to my computer the message comes up with "USB Device Not Recognized"
I did a search for the driver for it and found that it does not need a driver for it. I tried different solutions but can not rectify it.
Any suggestions are welcome.
My computer:
Windows 7
64 bit
Software: Virtual DJ Pro

Did it work OK on that same computer at some earlier point in time?
What were the "different solutions" you tried? Did you replace the USB cable for instance?

Yes it did but I have not used the Total Control for some time. I tried all sorts but I am free for any suggestions.
I did replace the cable and still no luck.
