When i try to play MP4 video files sometimes it will work and sometimes it will not load the video and will say Error underneath the deck that it is supposed to be playing on. Does anyone know why this may occur?

If a file says error when you try and load it, then right click on the file in the VDJ browser and go to File Infos, that will give you the information about the file, and at the bottom a message which should tell you why it's failing.
