Recently had to reinstall VDJ and I have just noticed that all of my cue points that were set have now disappeared. Does anyone know what I have done wrong or can help me retrieve them as I have built this up over some years and as you all know it will take time to sift through and sort this again. Many thanks in advance Craig

Did you uninstall the software before installing ?
When you uninstall the software there's a message box that asks you if you want to completely remove the software and all of it's settings and files. If you answer "Yes" then all databases on all connected drives gets deleted. In such case there's no way to bring them back unless you kept a backup.

its happened te same to me. I only actualized the software not delete.
