Hi all, I added the S9 to the stable awhile back so I could get familiar with it for when I run into it in certain area clubs or mixing in with other DJ's sets in the area (most of which who use Serato DJ). I knew the 'software effects' were stated as not being supported, but I thought the sampler pads would work. I swear I almost think they did work when I first loaded everything up, but since I started playing out occasionally with the mixer, I've found the sample buttons do not work, if you hit them in sample mode, nothing actually happens. Then, if I manually click on the sample in the software via the touchpad of the computre, it also does not seem to work. It's not that I simply can't hear it, I know where the sample volume is on the mixer, but the button in VDJ on the screen doesn't light up and initiate the sample.
Any ideas?

When you hit the sampler pad (from skin or controller), do you see the Pads light up (as if they are playing) ?
Any chance the Sampler mode is set to Unmute trigger mode ?
