hello deejays. Ive just bought NDX 200 cdj and M2 mixer but on trying to connect to virtual dj on pc its not responding..any help please??

Both NDX200 and M2 are not MIDI/HID units and neither offers a built-in sound card. So, regardless of how you are connecting them, they wont do anything or respond in VitualDJ.
Your only chance is to use a sound card with DVS capabilities (with at least 4 inputs and 4 outputs, such as Rane SL series, NI audio 6,8,10 etc) and use Timecode CDs.
If you have such a sound card and already tried to connect and use Timecodes, you will have to provide more info to help you further
