A friend gave me a Numark Total Control console, and I want to use it on virtual dj. Can I use it with the monthly subscription? the $19 one

If you see it listed, then VDJ will work with it.
Also you could just plug it in. If it's a supported unit then VDJ should pop up a message asking if you want to use it.

If you pay for a monthly subscription then you get access to the full Pro version of VDJ, for the whole time that you pay.
The full version will allow you to use any controller.
On the other hand, if you purchase a Plus (or Controller) license then the license will only enable VDJ to be used with that single controller. No others will work.
Also a Plus license is only for home use, whereas a Pro license (or subscription) allows you to use VDJ professionally.
