Hello VDJ friends, i updated it to VDJ pro 8.2. Unfortunately after updating it, my external hard drive cannot be read anymore and doesn't show anymore. I never had this problem before with just the pro 8.
Also, iTunes music library is gone too.

Not sure what OS you have but in Windows, I had an old Seagate drive that use to like to forget it's drive letter. If you can see the drive in "My computer" or "This PC" (Win 10), but it is not showing up in VDJ then you have a different problem.
If you can't see the USB drive in "My computer" or "This PC" (Win 10) then maybe your drive does not have a letter assigned to it. In which case try this:
Go to Administrative tools, then Computer Management, then Disk Management
Find your USB drive by looking at the size of each disk available. If no letter is assigned to that disk, right click the drive and select "Change Drive Letter and Paths..". Once a drive letter is set, the drive should now show up like you just now plugged it in.
