I'm going play a gig with a buddy this weekend and he has one of the new pioneer controllers with dual usb outputs i was wondering if the controller will work with my computer using vdj and his using serato? TIA

Without knowing what controller you are using it is impossible to say for sure.

SZ,SZ2 and RZ are supported. You will need to install drivers that you can obtain from Pioneer's website though, regardless of your OS (these units require drivers both on Windows and MAC OS X)
If he has RZX then that controller is NOT supported by VirtualDj.
I can't think of any other Pioneer controller with dual USB ports right now...
