Tema: Missing files.....SOLVED

Este tópico es antiguo y puede contener información incorrecta para la nueva versión.

I was doing a wedding yesterday, and went to a folder, and nothing showed up in the browser. After trying several folders, I have thousands of files, that do not show up in the browser. It is not just on one drive, and it is not all folders on these drives. These files are on the drives, as I was able to drag from windows to play. Got through the wedding, and opened today, and click on one of these empty folders, and analyzed for bpm, and it's analyzing. Yet there are no files in the browser. Take a look here.

How do I get these files to show back up in VDJ?

There are 3 icons on the left in the browser, indicating which filetypes are shown.
It looks like music files is off, so click on it to turn them back on.

Thank you, I did not notice that it was just music files that was missing. It was a stressful wedding, and I had just put 14 Indian songs that the bride gave me, on the machine hours before. Fortunately, I had them on a thumb drive, and dragged them to VDJ.
I feel like an idiot, but it will not be the last time. I should have seen this. Again, thanks for the help.

It is on the to do list to improve the visibility of the selection of these icons though, I agree the shading is not incredibly clear right now.

It was still a rookie move on my part, as I have helped others with the same issue. I should have picked it up after the gig was over, and doing my club gig last night. I don't know if I did it, or the DJ I had running the controls while I was on the floor. It was not a disaster, as the software allowed me to import from my back up jump drive.
