I broke my volume slider on my mix track 3 and was wondering if I bought a stand alone mixer like the Reloop RMX-60 could I still use the jog weels, pitch slider and play / cue buttons on the controller while using the mixer for the rest using the external mixer setting

Yes, but you will need the following...
1. A USB sound card with at least 2 stereo outputs. So if you don't have one, consider buying a Mixer that has a 4out built-in audio interface
2. Analog Mixer Plus or Pro license. If you use your Mixtrack 3 (or is it the Pro one ?) with VDJ LE, then you will not be able to use Ext.Mixer Audio setup.
