Here is why i do not use "blur black bars" anymore
When loaded as master effect it applies to any video source at once altering all other video elements
second, when trying to use it as per deck it alters the master even when deck is not showing
third when image ratio is 16:9 and pixel ratio match exactly but <video> element is exactly 4:3 it adds some spurious blur bars on top and botton and add black bars at both sides
fourth when keystone is in use the resizing only appears when borders are dark enough making the image randomly autoboom
even bars does notappear in crop mode, some missing lines appears in zoom mode
