If I buy the pro or business packs would I get the music addon too or do i still have to pay for it.

The normal Pro license doesn't include any music, as DJs generally buy their own music rather than renting it.
The business plan - well it's got conflicting information. The 'buy' page here says that the business package includes "all online catalogs" but when you click through to here it says "you can stream up to 5 songs per month from our Audio Plan".

The full package business license includes the streaming services as well.
The regular business license indeed only limits to a few songs for emergencies
