Why wave files are not taged properly? Name of the song is displayed but artist are not? Is this need to be fixed inside the Vdj ?

There's no standard way to tag WAV files.
Therefore the tags that already exist on your files may not be 100% compatible with VirtualDJ
Since there's no standard way to tag WAV files, it's not a "bug"/problem neither for VirtualDJ or the software that put the tags on the files in the first place.
It's just an incompatibility
