Hi is there any chance the you could create a way to assign say a sample list to different controllers or decks. As in you can assign one sample list to say deck 1's controller and another sampler list to the deck 2 controller so in effect you can have 16 samples at the ready on two controllers with 8 sample buttons each. If this makes any sense.

If by Sampler list you mean a Sampler Bank, then , no, you can only have 1 Sampler Bank loaded each time. This means that in order to have 8+8 samples on your controller pads, all you need to do is to have all 16 of them into a single Bank.
The above Pad page,, will only help you to control all 16 samples of the Bank from one side and just that.
