Every time i load a mp4 it will just close VDJ and reopen with no warming or messages....any encouted a problem like this? i contacted support but they was useless all just saying to update.....

So i manage to get it all working by switching the videoUseDXVA to OFF

Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050
My laptop specs in case anyone has the same issue, i will send the fix to support so they might be able to help others

i check the videomaxmemory, and it say Automatic (256), i change it to 2024, and it works fine now, you have to delete, and write 2024, then go to the principal window where are the sound card option and click apply to change it, if you dont do that the changes wont apply, good luck!
