Have a few issues with unit.
Pads are in reversed order
NO effects control
Pads lights work sporadically
I can get it to work properly after a few reconnects.
Anyone using the unit without issues?

We ll investigate here as well.
Perhaps there is an issue with the USB cable/ports?
Is your Mac Operating system listed (and updated) as pet https://www.pioneerdj.com/en/support/software-information/controller/ddj-xp2/#operating-system-information
In Controllers tab of VirtualDJ you see the device as per the manual and "factory default" mapping selected ?
Does it work with Rekordbox/Serato ?
Any other application except VirtualDJ is running that it would take control of the device ?

USB cable/port seem to be fine
Yes my os is up to pio's spec
Yes the unit does show up and default mapping is being used this also shows the pads in reversed order
The unit works as it should with serato
NO other programs being used butt i do use a vci-400 with it
